We have established this system to enhance communication in Brand and to provide our employees with a means to anonymously communicate with Management and, in appropriate circumstances, Brand's Board of Directors or Audit Committee. This confidential reporting system has been developed for the receipt, retention, and treatment of complaints received by Brand regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters and violation of our Code of Conduct and policies, as well as general feedback you may have in a number of areas. All submissions are made anonymously if that option is selected and will be directed to the appropriate individual(s) within Brand or, in appropriate circumstances, Brand's Board of Directors or Audit Committee.

Brand is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct in its financial affairs and reporting. In accordance with our policies and applicable law, persons who in good faith report evidence of known or suspected fraud, theft, accounting or auditing improprieties, or other financial misconduct, will not be retaliated against because of such reports.
